As a therapist, Casey’s goal is to establish a safe, affirming and supportive therapeutic professional relationship with her clients. She believes the quality of the client-therapist relationship is a crucial factor in the outcome of the therapeutic process. Casey approaches therapy from an anti-racist, feminist, humanistic, holistic and social justice lens. She believes in utilizing evidence-based practices in addition to hand-tailored interventions to support you in fulfilling your goals. She is trained in a variety of modalities to include, yet not limited: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Relational Theory, Strength-based & Solution-Focused Therapy. She works with adults of all identities across the lifespan.
