As a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where individuals and couples feel comfortable showing up as they are. My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals.

I have a special interest in working with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, women’s issues, and perinatal mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum adjustment. I also enjoy supporting couples as they work through communication challenges, disconnection, and life changes together.

I believe therapy should feel human, approachable, and individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered while building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful growth and healing.
