I graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2015 with a BS in Psychology. I went on to work with kids with autism (ages 2-6) as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician for over two years before pursuing my master’s degree at Wayne State University in 2017. After earning my MSW degree in 2019, I began my social work career in community mental health as a homebased therapist for high-risk youth.  In 2023 I entered private practice, continuing my work with children and adolescents, while expanding my work to include young adults.

I love to provide a warm, inviting environment to make therapy feel as safe as possible for my clients. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, strength-based approaches, mindfulness, and play during sessions, but more importantly, I focus on the quality of the therapeutic relationships I build with each client who walks into my office.
