Meet Alyssa Selasky, LMSW

Alyssa Sealsky (she/her) provides therapy to adults and children across the lifespan and specializes in treating individuals who have experienced trauma. Her other areas of focus include working with individuals navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, codependency, pregnancy/perinatal issues, LQBTQ+ issues, generational trauma, parenting issues, Infant Mental Health, and women’s issues.

In therapy, Alyssa is committed to creating a safe, empowering space that affirms clients’ identities and fosters an authentic connection to promote curiosity, growth, and healing. Alyssa has advanced training in developmental trauma and parent-child relationships. She utilizes trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based approaches and integrates attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, play therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Infant Mental Health, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities and frameworks.
