Carly is a LLMSW with Lyon Counseling Center.  She brings with her nearly 15 years of bedside nursing experience in various capacities, giving Carly a unique understanding of the broken healthcare system and a desire to work with clients experiencing medical trauma, as well as healthcare workers and first responders.  She also has clinical and lived experience supporting those facing personal or professional burnout/overwhelm, parenting and relationship challenges, those in substance abuse recovery and their family members, as well as unique issues experienced by BIPOC individuals and those affected by immigration.  Carly is trained in EMDR and Flash Technique, providing her with additional modalities to help clients feel safer within their bodies.

Accepts client between the ages  20-59.
