Meet Danielle Sarns, LLMSW
I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where clients can take off their invisible backpacks and be empowered to grow. I believe in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them, providing them with tools to accomplish their goals and gain a greater self-understanding.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher and coach, which deepened my understanding of how young people learn, grow, and thrive in supportive environments. I bring that same mindset into my clinical work—emphasizing encouragement, connection, and collaboration.
I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, developmental delays, life transitions, emotional regulation, grief, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is strengths-based and humanistic, with an emphasis on building trust and tailoring each session to meet the client’s unique needs. I incorporate creative and expressive techniques such as play, art, and mindfulness to encourage emotional growth and self-discovery. I hold certifications in Sport Social Work, Yoga and Meditation, and am currently completing a Child Yoga certification. I bring compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a holistic lens to my work, with the aim of helping every client feel supported, empowered, and capable of thriving.
