Jeremy utilizes an eclectic treatment approach to meet each person where they are and develop therapy tailored to their needs. He works with those he serves to promote increased insight, self-awareness, freedom, and joy in their lives. Jeremy understands that therapy is not one-size-fits-all and seeks to develop a collaborative therapeutic relationship to promote meaningful change. His relational, insight-oriented, and holistic approach seeks to address a variety of concerns unique to each person. He believes that creating a collaborative environment grounded in trust, courage, authenticity, and free expression is integral to working through areas of distress that may feel frightening and overwhelming.
