With nearly two decades of experience working in the high-stress environment of emergency prehospital medical care as an Army combat medic and as a paramedic/firefighter, Josh brings a passion for improving the mental health of his clients to Lyon Counseling Center. Relying on building authentic connection with his clients, Josh is focused on helping people work through traumatic exposures, PTSD, anxiety, and depression using a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of the individual.
