Katie completed her Undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State University. She strives to create a therapeutic environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and compassion. Because no two humans are the same, Katie likes to pull from an eclectic array of theories and techniques in order to customize sessions to best meet the unique needs of each client.

Katie works with children, adults, individuals, and couples across the lifespan and has extra passion for working with humans who are: looking to engage in identity exploration; parents and siblings of children with special needs or chronic illness; neurodivergent; multi-cultural or mixed-neurotype couples; struggling with religious trauma; seeking spiritual growth; and intellectuals that don’t like talking about feelings.
