As a therapist, my goal is to give clients the space to empower themselves to make a life that they find meaningful and fulfilling. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages and identities, with experience especially with LGBT+ individuals and those exploring their personal identities. I draw from a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working with anxiety and panic disorders, depression, self-esteem issues, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Accepts clients between the ages of 13-69.
