Meet Lucas Randolph, LLMSW
Many people come to therapy because they feel that something needs to change. Maybe you feel that life is no longer satisfying, that your career is no longer rewarding or your hobbies are not fun anymore. Or maybe you feel like your thoughts are overwhelming, frightening and never stop. Many of us can feel anxious about almost everything, making it difficult to get through daily life. Any of these can lead an individual to feeling like they are drowning in a sea of thought or anxiety and unable to see the surface.
As a therapist, I strive to collaborate with my clients, drawing upon a mixture of their own knowledge of what has worked for them, and a variety of therapeutic techniques. These include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, strengths-based therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, exposure and response prevention and more. I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, emotional disturbance, coping skills, men’s issues and more. Ultimately, my goal is to tailor your time with me to whatever best helps you, as I believe that everyone is unique and as such will have their own path to healing.
If you feel ready to begin your healing process, I invite you to reach out to me. I am also happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation so that we can see if we will work well together. I wish you all the best.
