I work with a wide range of clients and believe everyone can benefit from improving their mental and physical well-being. In a safe and supportive environment, I enjoy helping clients to define their strengths and improve their abilities to face challenges, enhance their relationships, and grow as individuals. For the past 20 years I have worked as a physical therapist and personal trainer, and I like to incorporate exercise as a tool to manage mental health as well. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and couples therapy in my approach to counseling. I believe it is important to empower my clients, provide psychoeducation, and give them tools to help them live their best lives.
