Olivia is a limited licensed clinical social worker with a goal to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges by helping them explore their emotions, embrace vulnerability, and develop healthy coping skills. With a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Oakland University and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Wayne State University, Olivia has experience in both clinical and case management roles working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Since graduating in 2023, Olivia has expanded her practice to include working with adults, gaining a valuable perspective of the challenges individuals face throughout their lifespan. With her clients, Olivia uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, to help individuals navigate life transitions, chronic stress, grief, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and more.

She feels grateful to witness the growth and transformation of those she works with and honored by the trust and vulnerability they share with her on their journey.
