As a therapist Robert will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and groups to achieve their goals. He will focus on creating an inviting and safe environment to work on improving mental health and wellbeing.  Robert served in the United States Army for 10 years and is passionate about assisting military members, veterans, and their families navigate the VA system and life outside of the military. He will use a variety of therapeutic modalities that best suits each individual, family, or group. Robert is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Suicide Prevention.
