Victoria is a social worker who works with individuals starting at 6 years old through young adulthood. She is interested in creating a collaborative, thoughtful and safe place to support children and young adults facing a range of challenges. Her experience in community mental health has helped Victoria provide the tools needed to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Special Needs and Self-Esteem difficulties. Victoria is compassionate about helping children and young adults become more aligned with who they truly are. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Caregiver Education and uses a variety of modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness.
